Taxes and duties are not included in the total amount. Make sure of it, before making an order.

The shipment will be dispatched through FEDX: Economy Service. The shipping cost for first order is free.

If the customer wants to refund or exchange:
1) Customer pays round-trip shipping cost. (exception: wrong delivered items, defective items etc.)
2) Customer wants exchange, customers needs to take procedures for refund first.
3) Customer notifies refund or exchange (website, email or phone call) in 7 days after receiving products.
4) Customer keeps the original condition of the products. (unused, undamaged, original packing, original tag etc.)
Refund or exchange caused by 'manufacturing defect', Seller pays round-trip shipping cost. If you want to refund or exchange products, please make a request for refund or exchange on the website. Also, the customer submits product images to prove 'defectiveness' on the website after the customer finds 'manufacturing defect'. 

The shipment takes about 5~7 business days but it could take more time depending on customs clearance etc.
